With over five years of diverse experience as a Business Analyst and Certified Scrum Product Owner, Tatiana Ramirez joined Inveniam in February 2025 as PMO Analyst. Leveraging her business analysis and Agile expertise, in this role Ms. Ramirez oversees project management processes and ensures that strategic initiatives align with organizational goals. She also supports program governance, tracks project performance, and optimizes the execution of large-scale initiatives.

Throughout her career, Ms. Ramirez has successfully navigated multiple industries, including consulting and real estate. This breadth of experience has allowed her to develop a versatile skill set, blending deep analytical expertise with an agile mindset to drive impactful, customer-centric solutions.
