Rob Lamb

Rob Lamb joined Inveniam in December 2024 following the acquisition of Hedgehog, a blockchain-based technology platform that he co-founded in 2021 focused on digitization and distribution in private markets.

A previous digital entrepreneur, Mr. Lamb spent the first 15 years of his career in institutional investment, including a decade with Partners Group, the Swiss headquartered global private markets asset manager.

Mr. Lamb joined Partners Group in Zug, Switzerland, in 2007 before moving to London where he was involved in international capital formation activities for investments in private equity, real estate, infrastructure and credit. Between 2012 and 2015, he was based in Dubai as Partners Group’s Head of Middle East responsible for relationships with the firm’s public and private stakeholders in the region. Mr. Lamb’s last role at Partners Group was Global Head of Business Development and a voting member of the Primary Investment Committee for Private Equity Real Estate.

Mr. Lamb is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Investment Committee for the Development Bank of Wales and is a Non-Executive Director of Expectation State, a private consultancy focused on positive change through social impact investment in emerging states.

Mr. Lamb is based in London and lives with his family near Cardiff, Wales. A native Welsh speaker, he is a graduate of Cardiff University with an LLB in Law & French from the University of Wales.
