Olga Moroz joined Inveniam in February 2025 as Product Manager. In this role, Ms. Moroz leverages her technical expertise and a client-focused approach to identify business challenges and craft innovative solutions. She collaborates with engineers and cross-functional teams to develop impactful products that address the evolving needs of Inveniam's clients. Her focus is on optimizing workflows, enhancing user experience, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Ms. Moroz has over 15 years of professional experience. After successful 9-year career as a Credit Risk Analyst for large corporate clients-borrowers in international banking, she transitioned to IT and product development. Her journey includes roles as an IT Business Analyst across varios domains in service companies and as a Product Manager for enterprise-level SaaS fintech products.

Ms. Moroz holds certification from SAFe® as a Product Owner/Product Manager and from IREB® as a Professional for Requirements Engineering. She is passionate about leveraging technology to create seamless digital experiences and drive innovation in the fintech space.
