Joe Yelochan is a UX designer and researcher who comes to Inveniam with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology, healthcare, HR, financial (fintech), pharmaceuticals, services, and military/government industries. Having previously worked in software design and user experience at both JP Morgan Chase and Nationwide Insurance in Columbus Ohio, he has also been a designer/researcher at three different startups. Mr. Yelochan utilizes a Design Thinking process in his approach to messy or wicked problems, and empathizes with people in order to create human-centered designs.
Mr. Yelochan is skilled in UX Research, Design, Sketching, Wireframing, Personas, Usability Engineering and Testing, Mockups, and Prototyping. Mr. Yelochan holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human-computer Interaction/design from Indiana University, Bloomington.
