Daria Shynkarenko

In April 2019, Daria Shynkarenko joined Inveniam Capital Partners as a Senior Business Analyst for the core platform. In this pivotal role, she steered the product lifecycle from discovery to market delivery. Ms. Shynkarenko also played a key role in establishing and managing the Product Management department, implementing and maintaining processes in alignment with SAFe 5.1.

Her professional journey began in 2004 within the banking sector at Pro Credit Bank in Ukraine. Pro Credit Bank is a subsidiary of ProCredit Holding AG, based in Frankfurt am Main. For more than a decade, culminating in her role as Senior Corporate Loan Analyst, Ms. Shynkarenko orchestrated loan deals ranging from $15-50 million for private companies in the Eastern Region of Ukraine, significantly contributing to the bank's expanding loan portfolio.

In her current role with Inveniam, Senior Product Manager, Ms. Shynkarenko is an accomplished leader with expertise in cultivating and developing product teams, particularly within the Sales and Financial Services domains. She is dedicated to addressing intricate customer challenges, delving into users' pain points, and prioritizing impactful areas for enhancement. Her focus lies in delivering tangible outcomes rather than merely generating outputs.

Ms. Shynkarenko resides in Reston, Virginia, with her husband, son, and feline companion. She loves biking, hiking and nature.
